Rosemary or Romero is one of those Plants - used across time and geography from garden to kitchen to regular ritual. Romero makes hair shine, supports healthy growth, increases circulation to hair and scalp, eases dry scalp, enhances dreams, clear thinking and memory. Folks burn Rosemary for cleansing the air. I think Romero connects us deeply to our ancestors, and invite you to explore for yourself what this Plant has to teach us.
Wild Nettle eases dandruff, dryness, is full of vitamins and minerals, and encourages strength and boundaries. Nettle is a Martian plant, with its affinity for the blood, circulation, and relates to the Water element - they like to grow near water.
Rosemary essential oil, organic & therapeutic grade
a little goes a long way, as intended with all the Meraki offerings. I was offering an oil for light hair, and for dark hair, but after a year of feedback, we think this formula is just fine for all.
Apply oil to tips of fingers, scalp massager or scrubber and massage into scalp, at sites of dryness or itch or dandruff. Let absorb and comb/brush through hair. I like to do this as part of evening routine, especially before wash day. By morning my hair and scalp has absorbed it all. Unlikely, but to protect from oil getting on pillow case or clothes, wrap your hair in fabric (highly recommend silk for curly hair).
Add a few drops to fingertips or palms and use for flyaways and on the ends of hair or to enhance curl and wave.
Massage into beard and use as a conditioning oil.
For our shaved heads, apply to scalp and massage in weekly, as needed.
I even use the oil to remove make up from eyebrows and eyelashes. Apply oil to your cleansing cloth & gentle remove makeup and dirt from face.
Follow up with a toner, including MF’s Sanctuary Spray.
You can totally use as a hot oil treatment: place oil in a dish and warm up by double boiler or microwave, combining with other oils or essential oils. Have fun! Play! Experiment! Trust yourself! Ask the Plants what they wanna do with you!

A little goes a long way, I can massage only one drop into my scalp and it eases dryness, or put a drop on my ends when my hair is damp. My hair is dry, thin and limp and lovely locks is really improving it’s moisture!

I had dermatitis on my scalp for 7+ months. My hair was weak and falling out. Nothing, not even prescription steroids, helped. But then I found Lovely Locks! I really didn’t think it would work, but I’d try anything. After the first use, the problem was much improved, almost gone in fact. Within two weeks it completely vanished! My hair became stronger, and the shedding significantly lessened. Friends are remarking on how good my hair looks. I refer everyone, and will use this amazing product for life. Thank you!
