This blend is a go-to for me. Sometimes I make a tea, sometimes I combine with a little bit of tobacco and smoke in a pipe or rolling paper. I call on these plant allies to assist me when I want assistance with a very active mind, when I am really excited about a project and need help structuring myself and focusing or sustaining my attention for longer term projects. Feedback includes : "not sure if I could have finished graduate school without it and glad I don't have to wonder 'cause I was supported and successful and grateful to know of a few plant pals that help me focus especially when I am stressed."
Plant Medicine:
GOTU KOLA centella asiatica : memory/cognitive functioning, calms turbulence and busy mind without sedative action, revitalizing. responsibly sourced. For Gotu Kola tincture go here.
MULLEIN verbascum thapsus: lung support for physical conditions and tissue damage, grief support, expectorant. responsibly foraged from the wild.
MINT mentha piperita: increase circulation, improved concentration, digestion aid. homegrown organically.
Directions: add 1-3 tsp/ 4-6 oz boiling water in a jar or pot. Cover and steep 10 mins - 4-8 hours. Strain and drink. Rinse, repeat.
add to tobacco and/or cannabis in smoking vessel. Smoking anything is hard on the mucous membranes of your mouth, throat and lungs. I can not advocate for smoking, of course. However I do believe in and practice harm reduction. I choose to smoke, knowing the risk I put my body and health in. I trust you to make conscious decisions about your own health.
