These darling violets grow wild among strawberries. One day last summer they all screamed at me to make a flower essence from them and I had to oblige.  



the medicine is liberation, taking up space with fierce grace, joy in self.

Few plants embody and imbue pure joy and sweetness like the violet. Use her for some help in remembering, finding, healing that part of you that is, no matter what life does to us, joyful and playful and innocent, resilient and strong and unfuckwithable. 
Ingredients: wild violet flowers, water, alcohol.
Directions: Take 3-4 drops direct or in tea/water, throughout the day/as needed, consistently for 3-4 weeks.
