Plants + water + time = nourishing infusions for your rad bod. Herbal infusions are one way of connecting with plants that really rocks, in my opinion. Alchemy, ritual, the pace of it, the sensory experience. Herbal blends are often a fantastic source for vitamins, minerals, and of course the essence of The Plants. Drink daily or as needed. Let steep overnight. Drink hot, warm, or cold. Make ice cubes. Play with the Plants in your kitchen please!
The only blend that I recommend adding honey or sweetener to is the All Animals Need Sleep. Blue vervain is bitter, which is part of it's digestive system action, and a bit of honey helps take the bite out. Flavor to your liking of course, but the feedback stands that they are all quite delicious, dynamic, earthy, floral, and delightful as is.
You can also use these blends to make your own tincture if that calls to you. There are also simples, or one single Plant available - center getting to know that homie, add to your own blends, make an infusion with water or oil or vinegar or honey or . . . Choose your Own Adventure! Now we know smoking is bad for us, and also, following the harm reduction models. if we are going to smoke there are ways to decrease the suck. Check out lun luv.
